Principal photography begins on The Scurry.

Shooting has begun in South Wales for The Scurry. A new comedy-horror from writer, Tim Telling (The Mash Report), and directed by Craig Roberts (Eternal Beauty).

The film follows two pest controllers called to a country park café to investigate a routine vermin problem, only for an avalanche of deranged squirrels to descend at nightfall, wreaking mayhem on the staff and visitors in the park.

True Brit Entertainment is on board as UK distributor and co-producer. Circus Studios will handle international sales on the title. 

Cast announced for Cliff Edge Picture’s The Scurry

Rhys Ifans (The King’s Man), Ella Purnell (Fallout), Paapa Essiedu (The Lazarus Project) and Antonia Thomas (The Good Doctor) have all joined new comedy-horror feature The Scurry from Eternal Beauty director Craig Roberts. 

The film is in pre-production at Dragon Studios in South Wales and is a co-production with Water & Power Productions.

Filming begins on ‘Mother’s Day’

Shooting has begun on Cliff Edge Pictures’ short film, ‘Mother’s Day’ as part of the Ffilm Cymru Beacons scheme.

Filming will take place across Cardiff and Barry.

The short will be available next year on BBC iPlayer.
